Vendor Terms & Conditions
Bring your own gazebo
Vendors are required to supply their own gazebos (3m × 3m standard). These must be securely weighted and weather-ready for the full 10 days of trading.
Tables to a high standard
All display tables, surfaces and presentation must meet a high standard — clean, well maintained and in keeping with the look and feel of the market.
We'll check in before you arrive
Our team will contact you beforehand to confirm your setup, products and requirements, and to run through the step-by-step onboarding before you set up on site.
Added to the vendor WhatsApp group
Accepted vendors are added to an official vendor WhatsApp group for updates, load-in times, logistics and real-time communication throughout the event.
A few more essentials
- A 50% deposit secures your space
- Balance due by 10 Nov 2026 (gazebo, food & food truck vendors) or 30 Nov 2026 (others)
- Vendors trade for the full 10 days
- Refunds only if the event is cancelled by the organisers
- Setup and breakdown times will be shared in the WhatsApp group
- All food vendors must have a valid food preparation certificate
- No counterfeit, illegal or prohibited goods
